Strength in Support

My path into birth work began as a volunteer doula at a Denver hospital, where I quickly discovered my deep passion for empowering and supporting new parents through one of life’s most transformative experiences. Certified as a doula in 2017, I have honed my expertise in creating a calm, supportive presence for birthing individuals, offering nurturing touch, words of affirmation, and compassionate eye contact throughout the birth journey. With specialized training in Spinning Babies, Gilligan's Method, and the Body Ready Method, I have had the privilege of supporting families across a variety of hospitals and birth centers in the Denver area.

In 2023, I made the decision to leave my corporate career and fully dedicate myself to the birth work I love full time. I now focus on education, attending births, providing postpartum care, and immersing myself in every moment of my clients' journey. One of my greatest joys is cultivating the lasting relationships and sense of community that naturally develops with the families I work with. I take immense pride in staying connected with the families I've supported, cherishing updates on how their children are growing.

When I'm not supporting families, I enjoy cooking, baking, gardening, and reading in her peaceful backyard with my husband, John. I also love exploring the great outdoors with Mozzarella, my adventurous cattle dog mix. On cold wintery days, I loves curling up with a good book or bad reality tv, and my two cats, Millie and Fig.

I am  now offering postpartum support for families. I can help with laundry, light cleaning, sleep support, breastfeeding and bottle feeding support, and so much more. My goal is to pick up the slack so you can focus on resting, recuperating, and transitioning into this new phase with intention and focus to be able to heal.
